Building Leaders for Workforce Wellbeing in South Carolina

The South Carolina Healthy Business Coalition is intentionally investing in the people leading workforce wellbeing across the state.

Through the South Carolina Healthy Business Fellowship, SCHBC brings together professionals who are advancing healthier workplaces within their organizations and communities. This selective, cohort-based experience creates space for shared learning, peer connection, and applied leadership development grounded in real-world employer challenges.

More than a professional development opportunity, the Fellowship builds long-term capacity for South Carolina’s workforce health ecosystem.
